The School of Communication provides an introduction to the communication process, including hands-on training in different media. Students explore various formats for sharing the message of Jesus Christ with a perspective that is sensitive to other cultures. We investigate personal and interpersonal communication from a Biblical framework, and practice effective written, verbal and digital strategies to multiply the Christian message. 
We will learn communication by communicating! Let's discover God's perspective of human communication! Together, we will process information through: discussion, application, video, lecture, readings, individual & group projects, demonstration, role-play, creative workshops and public presentations. Applying new study skills and research techniques will enhance our interpersonal insight for clearer communication. You will produce written materials and deliver effective verbal and creative presentations to live audiences. |
