Leadership Training School CCM 540 under the Leadership of Mike and Ros Oman (Western European Leadership Team) "The LTS Seminar is a six week training course registered with the University of the Nations. It is geared primarily for younger leaders in YWAM and focuses on a new model for 21st century leadership. We plan to create an excellent learning environment with lots of participation and interactive teaching elements. Staff and students will all be learners in the seminar and the whole group will work as one body. More than ever in this changing world the kind of Christian leadership needed is the kind Jesus lived out on earth. We must aspire to no other standard but His.
