Advanced Leadership Seminar

Advanced Leadership seminars are offered as "stand alone" events or in conjunction with a three-month Leadership Training School. Whether they are Leadership Training Seminars, YWAM DNA seminars, or Slingshot seminars, they place a strong emphasis on imparting YWAM values. Other topics may include: transformational leadership, servant leadership, worldview and cross-cultural ministry, strategic planning, management principles and practices, conflict resolution, team dynamics, decision-making for leaders, and disciplines of a leader. Topics vary according to location.
